North Carolina Legal Elite

For each of the last two years, Business North Carolina magazine has surveyed more than 6,000 North Carolina lawyers to obtain their views on the most accomplished practitioners in ten separate practice areas. As a review of lawyers by their peers, this is a particularly meaningful measure of accomplishment and effectiveness.

The two practice areas that are relevant to our work are Intellectual Property Law and Antitrust And Trade Regulation Law. Rod has been named to the Legal Elite in both practice areas both years. He is the only lawyer in the State to be so recognized.
